Crostata con marmellata e pesche

Una dolce che sicuramente incontrerà i gusti di tutta la famiglia, perchè ricorda la classica crostata con la marmellata, ma sapientemente arricchita di pesche fresche e amaretti sbricolati.

Ingredienti:

per la pasta frolla

250 gr di farina

150 gr di burro

1 uovo

100 gr di zucchero a velo

100 gr di farina di mandorle

1 limone

per il ripieno

200 gr di marmellata di albicocche

fettine di pesche fresche

3 cucchiai di amaretti sbriciolati

spumante per macerare q.b.

Procedimento:

Tagliate le pesche a fettine e mettetele a macerare nello spumante. Intanto preparate la pasta frolla mescolando velocemente tutti gli ingredienti. Formate un panetto e mettelo in frigorifero avvolto in carta pellicola. Stendetelo poi allo spessore di 4-5 mm e rivestite uno stampo imburrato e infarinato. Bucherellate il fondo con una forchetta e poi riempite con la marmellata. Con la pasta avanzata create una griglia dividendo lo stampo in quadrati. Mettete su ogni quadrato un pò di amaretti sbriciolati e qualche fettina di pesca sgocciolata. Infornate a 180° per 35 minuti circa. Sformate, lasciate raffreddare e servite.
